Once you have made a support ticket, you may want to track its progress to ensure that the issue is being processed. 


To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Insightech Support Portal found at https://insightech.freshdesk.com/support/home

  2. Create or Login into your Fresh Works account, filling in your details as directed

  3. Click on the Check Ticket Status button which will redirect you to the Tickets Tab section of the portal

    Here, you will be able to sort through the details for the tickets being processed

    Open or Pending 

    Date Created

    Export Tickets

  4. Press the Open button for the ticket being tracked that webpage with a thread to gain updates and communicate with your Insightech Support Team Member
