If you need additional support when using the platform, our ticket system allows you to send specific requests for issues you may be dealing with. 


To raise a ticket, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Insightech's support portal at https://insightech.freshdesk.com/support/home

    Here, you'll find all the resources available to aid you when using the Insightech platform. It includes:
    • Help Articles
    • Community Forums 
    • Support Ticket Systems    

  2. Click on the New Support Ticket icon which will link you to the support ticket webpage to fill out a type form. Please click here to be sent to the support ticket request webpage.

  3. Create a ticket by filling in the ticket request form which includes three primary details:    
  • Requester (Email)
  • Subject
  • Description

You are also able to attach files if this would help convey more clearly, the issues you are facing.

Once clicking Submit, a ticket will be sent to an Insightech support member who will assist you with your issue.
